Do you charge transaction fees?
No! We don’t believe in taking any of your profits, and we understand that variable costs are annoying. So you won’t pay any commision fees for your GoCommerce store.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a fully functional 30-day free trial, during which you can test drive GoCommerce to see if it’s right for you. You don’t need a credit card to sign up; there’s no obligation and no risk.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our shops are able to accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard (through a payment gateway app like PayFast or PayU) while not forgetting EFT’s for all the major South Africa banks. If you’re selling to foreign clients, we’ve even got a PayPal integration.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, you can. If you haven’t purchased a domain name, just get in touch with us and we’ll help you through the setup and linking process. If you already have a domain name, we’ll help you set it up to use with your GoCommerce site.
Can I upgrade between plans?
We’d love you to! Upgrading is quick and easy – simply get in touch with us and we’ll do all the behind-the-scenes clicking.
Can I upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan?
Indeed! And the best part is that when you upgrade, all of your data (products, orders, customers, etc.) will remain intact. The upgrade process is quick and painless — we promise!
Are there any contracts to sign?
Nope. Payments are made month by month, and you can cancel at any time. If you do, we will stop billing you immediately. We’re all about choice — if you don’t like GoCommerce, we won’t force you to stay. All we ask is a 1 month notice period.

|Order Emails||The customer will receive an email for each stage of the checkout experience. The most important emails are the Processing and Order Confirmation emails. Additional emails can be configured using the Auto Followup App in the AppStore.||Included|
|Customer Accounts||On each checkout, the customer has the option of opening an account with their own unique username / password. This allows them to login in at a later stage an easily re-order items. The website will also remember their billing / shipping details on checkout. Alternatively, the customer can also checkout as a guest, without opening an account at all.||Included|
